Our Warranty Coverage
Strike Visuals products are built to last, and our warranty reflects that commitment. Here's what's covered:
Frames & Hardware — Lifetime Coverage
All aluminum and magnesium tent frames (40mm and 50mm), flag poles, display frames, and inflatable structural components are covered by our lifetime warranty. If your frame or hardware fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace the affected parts for as long as you own the product. We cover the parts — we only ask that you cover shipping.
Printed Goods — One-Time Reprint
Custom-printed canopies, walls, table covers, flags, and other fabric graphics are covered for a one-time warranty reprint in the event of premature fading or manufacturing defects.
Inflatables — One-Time Repair or Replacement
Custom inflatables are covered for a one-time repair or replacement if the inflatable body sustains damage under normal use conditions.
Accessories — One-Time Repair or Replacement
Accessories including rolling tent bags, power cords, stakes, weight bags, and other ancillary items are covered for a one-time repair or replacement.
Exclusions & Limitations
The following items are not covered under our lifetime warranty due to their economy-tier construction. Replacement parts are available for purchase — contact our team or visit our replacement parts page to order.
- 30mm tent frames
- 300D and 400D tent fabrics
- Umbrella frames and fabric
Additional exclusions:
- Lost or stolen products are not covered under any warranty tier.
- Color accuracy concerns are not eligible for warranty claims unless Pantone color values were provided at the time of the original order. If a Pantone color was not specified, we cannot guarantee an exact color match and will not warranty a product based on color dissatisfaction.
- Damage resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow care and setup instructions is not covered.
- Normal wear and tear from extended use is not covered for printed goods, inflatables, or accessories (frames and hardware remain covered for life).
Submit a Warranty Request
Filing a warranty claim is simple. Fill out the form below and our Warranty Specialist will review your submission and get back to you with next steps. Before you submit, here's what you'll need:
Photos are required to process your claim. Please do not discard any damaged items until your claim has been fully resolved. We need clear photos to evaluate the damage and determine whether a repair or replacement is the best path forward.
For the fastest processing, include:
- A wide shot of the full product showing the overall condition
- Close-up photos of all damaged areas
- A photo of any visible product labels, SKU tags, or model identifiers
What happens after you submit: Our Warranty Specialist will review your photos and details, typically within 1–2 business days. They'll determine whether the item needs repair or replacement, and will reach out with instructions for next steps including shipping.
A note on shipping: Strike covers the cost of replacement parts and materials. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions — sending the damaged item to us (if required) and receiving the repaired or replacement item. All shipping charges must be paid prior to shipment. Our team will provide shipping instructions and cost estimates once your claim is approved.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers all frames and hardware on qualifying products — including aluminum and magnesium tent frames (40mm and 50mm), flag poles, display frames, and inflatable structural hardware. If your frame or hardware fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace the parts at no charge. You're only responsible for shipping.
Are printed graphics covered by the lifetime warranty?
Printed goods such as canopies, walls, table covers, and flags are covered for a one-time warranty reprint if they experience premature fading or manufacturing defects. This is separate from the lifetime hardware warranty.
Are inflatables covered?
Yes. Custom inflatables are covered for a one-time repair or replacement if the inflatable body is damaged under normal use.
What products are NOT covered?
Economy-tier products including 30mm tent frames, 300D and 400D tent fabrics, and umbrella frames and fabric are not included in the lifetime warranty. Replacement parts for these items are available for purchase. Lost or stolen products are also not covered under any warranty tier.
Do I need to ship my damaged product back?
Not always. Our Warranty Specialist will review your photos and determine whether you need to return the item. In many cases, photos are sufficient to process a replacement. If a return is required, we'll provide shipping instructions.
Who pays for shipping?
Strike covers the cost of parts and materials. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including sending items to us and receiving replacements. Our team will provide cost estimates when your claim is approved.
How long does the warranty process take?
Initial review typically takes 1–2 business days after submission. Total turnaround time depends on whether the item needs repair, replacement, or reprint, and will vary based on the complexity of the claim.
What if I didn't provide a Pantone color with my original order?
If Pantone values were not included with your original order, we cannot guarantee an exact color match. Warranty claims based on color dissatisfaction are only eligible when Pantone colors were specified at the time of purchase.
Can I just buy replacement parts instead of filing a claim?
