What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime frame warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on all hardware under normal use. If a component fails, we'll repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or extreme weather events.
How long will the printed graphics last?
With proper care, Strike printed fabric graphics maintain vibrant color for 3-5+ years of regular use. Dye sublimation printing bonds the ink directly into the fabric fibers, so colors won't peel, crack, or fade as quickly as surface-printed alternatives.
Can I order replacement parts for my existing frame?
Yes. Replacement fabrics or parts are available for all Strike products. Reprinting fabrics is a cost-effective way to refresh your graphics for a rebrand, new campaign, or seasonal promotion without purchasing an entirely new setup.
