How long does it take to set up a portable counter?

Most Strike counters assemble in 5-15 minutes without tools. Simpler designs like bar displays and basic SEG counters set up fastest. We have one that sets up in seconds (ask about the "Pop-Up Bar Display). Larger light box counters take slightly longer.

Can I use counters outdoors?

Standard counters are designed for indoor use. For outdoor events, consider our inflatable bistro bar or pair bar displays with water resistant table covers. Always secure counters against wind.

Do counters include storage?

Counter designs vary. Some include internal shelving or cabinet space; others are open frames. Product pages specify storage options for each model. Add-on shelving is available for many counters.

What's the difference between aluminum and PVC SEG counters?

Aluminum SEG frames are lighter, more durable, and have a premium feel—ideal for frequent use and long-term investment. PVC SEG frames are more budget-friendly while still creating the same seamless graphic appearance.

How do light up counters work?

LED strips inside the frame illuminate your SEG fabric graphic from behind. The counters plug into standard outlets. LEDs are energy-efficient and provide even illumination without hot spots.

Can I order replacement graphics for my counter?

Yes. Replacement graphics are available for all Strike counters. Update your messaging for new campaigns without purchasing new hardware.

What's included with counter orders?

All counters include the frame, printed graphics, and a protective carrying case. Product pages list exactly what's included with each model. Some accessories are sold separately.
